This was a particularly fun poster to create as my concept required a lot of work to build it effectively from the images supplied.
The original photography had been done in very basic lighting and obviously, in several takes to get a selection of arms and props.
Once I’d selected and isolated all the key elements, I then had to arrange and adjust each to achieve a coherent whole. I balanced the colours, added the waistcoat, extra jacket layers and props, and then introduced exaggerated highlights and shadows to give it greater depth and life.
